BOOKING AND POLICIES
Deposits
Clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit of $25 when booking to confirm your appointment. Appointments must be booked and deposits paid 24 hours prior to appointment or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
No-Show Fees
A no show-fee of 50% of your total service will be applied if you do not communicate with your professional or any other staff member that you will be unable to make your appointment.
Appointment Reschedules
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours prior to appointment will have their deposit applied to the rescheduled appointment. Repeated no-show appointments will prohibit any ability to book in the future.
Late Arrivals
If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you communicate with the Salon. You are given a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your original appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened.
Please note that we do not provide Acrylic, Gel X, or structured manicure refills over work done by another salon. New clients must book a soak-off add-on and start a fresh set.
