Booking & Policies
Deposits
Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 or more (amount varies with the cost of the service) when booking to confirm their appointment.
Appointments must be booked and deposits paid 48 hours prior to the appointment, or the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
If you are booking a same-day appointment, your deposit is required immediately after you receive the confirmation text with the link to pay the deposit and secure your booking.
No-Show Fees
A no-show fee of 100% of your total service will be applied if you do not communicate with your professional or any other staff member that you will be unable to make your appointment.
The card that you have placed on file to make your deposit will be automatically charged for the full service price, and you will not receive any refund on your deposit.
Three no-show appointments will result in the inability to book online and/or a complete ban from booking services.
Appointment Reschedules
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment will have their deposit applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Each appointment is subject to a maximum of 2 reschedules.
If you are not able to be present for your second rescheduled appointment, this will result in loss of deposit, and a new appointment with a new deposit will need to be made.
Appointment Fees
Squeeze-In Appointment Fee: $20.00
Early Appointment Fee: $30.00
Appointment requests prior to 10:00 AM
Late Appointment Fee: $30.00
Appointment requests for services later than:
- 6:30 PM — Monday
- 7:00 PM — Tuesday–Thursday
- 8:00 PM — Friday–Saturday
Late Arrivals
If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you communicate with the Salon.
You are given a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your original appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled, changed to a different time slot, or your service time will be shortened.
Wig & Extension Preparation
Please note that services such as Wig Preparations/Coloring or Extension Coloring will require the client to drop off the hair 3–5 days prior to the desired appointment date.
Wigs/Extensions dropped off later than 3 days prior will incur a Late Wig Prep Fee of $20.00.
If the request is for a same-day service, you may be subject to a Same Day Wig Prep Fee of $25.00.
