Booking & Policies
Deposits
Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 or more, depending on the cost of the service, when booking to confirm your appointment.
Appointments must be booked and deposits paid 48 hours prior to the appointment or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
If you are booking a same-day appointment, your deposit is required immediately after you receive the confirmation text with the link to pay the deposit and secure your booking.
No-Show Fees
A no-show fee of 100% of your total service will be applied if you do not communicate with your professional or any other staff member that you will be unable to make your appointment.
The card that you have placed on file to make your deposit will be automatically charged for the full service price, and you will not receive any refund on your deposit.
Three no-show appointments will result in inability to book online and/or a complete ban from booking services.
Appointment Reschedules
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment will have their deposit applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Each appointment is subject to a maximum of 2 reschedules. If you are not able to be present for your 2nd rescheduled appointment, this will result in loss of deposit, and a new appointment with a new deposit will need to be made.
Appointment Fees
Squeeze-In Appointment Fee — $20.00
Early Appointment Fee — $30.00
Appointment requests prior to 10:00 AM.
Late Appointment Fee — $30.00
Appointment requests for services later than:
- 6:30 PM — Monday
- 7:00 PM — Tuesday–Thursday
- 8:00 PM — Friday–Saturday
Late Arrivals
If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you communicate with the Salon.
You are given a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your original appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled, changed to a different time slot, or your service time will be shortened.
Lash Inspiration
